Demolition & Renovation FAQs

Do you handle the skip and waste clearance?
Yes. We organise skips, grab lorries and tipping runs under our own waste carrier licence. You get proof of legal disposal, not a cheaper job that ends up dumped in a field.
Can you demolish an internal wall without planning?
If the wall is non-structural, yes. If it is load-bearing, we fit a steel beam with structural engineer sign-off and building control approval. We never remove walls without checking.
How much does a full house renovation cost in Scunthorpe?
Landlord-grade refurbs to let start around £350 to £450 per m². Full owner-occupier renovations with high-spec kitchens and bathrooms run £800 to £1,200 per m².
Can you work around tenants being in situ?
For partial works yes (a bathroom, a kitchen, a single room). For full renovations we need the property vacant. It's safer, cleaner and finishes faster.
